Enterprise is the unincorporated town in Clark County that covers much of the southwest and south valley, below Spring Valley and the Strip. It is where most of the valley’s growth of the last 25 years went: the guard-gated golf community of Southern Highlands, the master-planned neighborhoods of Mountain’s Edge by Exploration Peak Park, Silverado Ranch near South Point, and newer subdivisions along Blue Diamond Road, Cactus Avenue and Warm Springs Road. The ZIP codes are 89139, 89141, 89178, 89179 and 89183.
We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call (702) 556-4812 and a licensed HVAC technician (NV license #0081345) will find the problem and give you the price in writing before any work starts.
We already work in your neighborhood
Our job records show more than 1,700 completed jobs for more than 1,300 households in Enterprise’s ZIP codes since 2017, and more than 350 in the last 12 months. That count is air conditioning, heating and plumbing together, because we are one company licensed in both trades.
What breaks here, and why
Most of Enterprise is newer than the rest of the valley, but “newer” now means about 20 years old for a big share of the homes.
Homes from the mid-2000s building boom. A lot of Southern Highlands, Mountain’s Edge and Silverado Ranch went up in the 2000s with builder-grade equipment. Much of it is still the original system, and it is reaching the end of its life. Systems installed before 2010 usually run on R-22 refrigerant, which has not been produced in the U.S. since 2020. That makes a refrigerant leak on one of these units a real repair-or-replace decision, and we lay out both prices in writing so you can make it.
Two-story stucco homes with the equipment in the attic. The typical Enterprise house has a condenser on the ground and an air handler or gas furnace in the attic, where summer heat is far above the outdoor temperature. That heat wears out blower motors and capacitors, and when the condensate drain clogs, the water comes through the ceiling. Upstairs rooms that never cool are usually an airflow or duct problem, not a reason to buy a bigger unit. See ductwork repair and installation.
The newest homes (2015 and later). Newer equipment may still be under the manufacturer’s warranty. Have the model and serial numbers handy when you call, and we will tell you what the warranty covers before we quote anything.
Dust and heat. Summer afternoons regularly pass 110°F, and ongoing construction across the south valley puts extra dust on outdoor coils and filters. A packed coil makes the compressor work harder on the hottest days. A cleaning costs far less than a compressor. See AC coil cleaning.
HOAs. Southern Highlands, Mountain’s Edge and most Enterprise subdivisions have associations with rules about outdoor equipment. Check with yours before moving or upsizing a condenser. We give you the model and dimensions in writing to submit.

Common questions
Do you service homes inside Southern Highlands?
Yes. When you call (702) 556-4812, give us the gate instructions or add us to your guest list, and we will come straight to your door, 24/7.
My AC was installed with the house in 2006. Is it worth repairing?
It depends on the repair. A capacitor or a fan motor on an older unit is usually worth fixing. A refrigerant leak on a pre-2010 R-22 system is a different decision, because that refrigerant is no longer produced. We give you both prices in writing and you choose.
Why is my upstairs so much hotter than downstairs?
In two-story Enterprise homes it is usually the attic air handler, a restricted return, or leaky or undersized ducts upstairs. We check airflow before recommending new equipment. Repairs carry a 1-year labor warranty (limitations apply).
My house is only a few years old. Is my AC still under warranty?
It may be. Have the model and serial numbers from the outdoor unit ready when you call, and we will check what the manufacturer covers before quoting any repair.
Is there a service-call fee?
Not right now. We are running no service-call fee for a limited time, and Care Plus members pay $0 for diagnostics any time. Call (702) 556-4812, and check our coupons page for other current offers like $25 off your first visit.
